Bennie is an independent, strong willed fellow with a friendly and affectionate side to him. He is playful and loves being with humans and going on long walks. Bennie is good with other dogs, but is not fond of cats or children. He sometimes likes to make the rules so his new family would need to be patient and provide pack leadership in establishing appropriate boundaries. He loves belly rubs on his terms and can be possessive about his food. Bennie would be best in a quiet home with folks that understand him and can help him remember his manners.
