Chinook is the litter mate to Lulu and watching them together is a comedy that makes you laugh. This high energy Chihuahua is also a sand and sable color with short hair that will require minimal grooming.
He is playful, curious, independent and a real go-getter. He will also make an excellent companion dog who will need an owner that is confident and will provide the necessary rules, boundaries and limitations. He is very young and will need appropriate training to assist him in his development.
Chinook is brimming with confidence, a high degree of playfulness and excitability which will keep the best of owners busy. At the same time, Chinook loves being held and sitting on your lap. Chinook will be friendly with other dogs if well socialized. He will be fine with cats or other animals as long as he is properly introduced.
A family that is active, sociable, and enjoys energetic walks and games will be the ideal family for Chinook. He will be good with children nine and older who are respectful of pets.
