This small, sturdy, little girl is friendly, but a little shy of new situations. Alert, lively and packed with character, she will respond well to consistent, patient training. She will need gentle guidance to teach her to be housebroken.
Tammy is an indoor dog that sleeps inside, but does like her daily walks and behaves well on a leash. She is playful and spunky and appears to not be sure about cats, but with the proper introduction could learn to accept them. She is somewhat submissive with other dogs, but with help will learn to become more confident around other animals.
She is an affectionate little dog that likes to be with people and will be a wonderful companion in a home with a relaxed, calm atmosphere.
Tammy will probably do well with children seven and older who are respectful of pets.
